Kelly Goski has established herself as a creative, trusted, and experienced talent strategist across multiple industries. Her passion for entrepreneurial and evolving cultures is a cornerstone of her career and she takes a people-first approach when designing and delivering programs aimed at attracting and retaining diverse and inclusive high performing teams.
She is known for having a unique ability to identify obstacles, simplify issues and execute with urgency and has been facilitating the identification, assessment, development and retention of top talent for more than 25 years. With experience ranging from in-house Human Resource Management to full complement of Talent Management Consulting, she combines best-in-class methods with a practical business-minded approach to the people and companies she has served.
Most recently, Kelly served as the Vice President of Talent Strategy at ILLUME, a Minnesota-based company known for quality and trend as a leader in the world of home fragrance and personal care. During her tenure, ILLUME experienced significant growth prompting the consolidation of five operating sites to a newly built 300,000 sf facility in Maple Grove, MN, now home a state-of-the-art Manufacturing, Distribution, R&D, Design and Corporate Office.
After completing her education at the University of Minnesota, Kelly held key Human Resource leadership roles at Target Corporation, Comcast and several technology start-up ventures along with consulting roles at US Airways, NWA (Compass Air), and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
Kelly has worked with several non-profit organizations over the years, now focused on youth organizations throughout the Twin Cities. Her downtime is spent enjoying her family, traveling, photography and renovating her tiny lake cabin in the Northwoods.
