Michael J. Noer
President
Michael Noer has been working in consumer product goods in a variety of industries including consumer electronics, outdoor and cycling for nearly 20 years at both large and small corporations. Prior to that he spent several years in marketing, sales and video production services in the media industry at Time Warner Cable and various TV and radio stations throughout the US.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship in 2014 and forming the company that ultimately purchased the Acme Made brand, Michael was most recently at Thule Group, a Swedish based global corporation leading key initiatives developing programs for new products in new markets. Prior to the Thule Group, Michael had various roles at Imation Corp., a 3M spin off company, including marketing, sales and mergers/acquisitions. His experiences include sourcing products from various countries throughout Asia, product development and leading new business initiatives throughout the world that included several extended stay international assignments.
Michael has been actively involved in several non-profit organizations including the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasia and at The Stillwater Area Scholastic Cycling Advocates as a founding board member. He is also a volunteer High School cross country ski coach.
Michael holds a broadcasting degree from Brown Institute as well as BA, Communications work from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has furthered his education with leadership courses at the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
In addition to his work and volunteer activities, Michael enjoys traveling with his family, endurance cycling, cross country skiing, golf and writing. He resides in Stillwater, MN USA with his wife and three children.
